     The aluminum alloy heater is superior to one-time molding without cracks, with small thermal efficiency loss, good energy storage effect, fast heat conduction, uniform steam, and long service life, which can reach more than 8 years. And the surface is not easy to be fouled, which can effectively prevent fouling, low carbon and environmental protection. The advantages of pure copper heaters are long service life, up to more than 8 years, fast heat conduction, and uniform steam. The disadvantage is that the processing technology is complex, the cost is high, and the price is high. The surface is not easy to clean scale. The advantages of copper plastic heaters and zinc alloy heaters are low cost and low price. The disadvantages are short service life, slow heat conduction, and uneven steam.

     The casing of the garment steamer mainly includes ABS casing and polystyrene. The engineering plastic shell has the advantages of good gloss, easy processing, corrosion resistance, high strength, light weight, no discoloration, and small deformation. The polystyrene shell has the advantages of light weight, good toughness, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
